Data we collect

• Account: email, username, optional bio, avatar.
• Activity: picks, comments, reactions, subscriptions.
• Telegram: numeric Telegram user ID and username, only after you explicitly link via the bot.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store only the customer/subscription identifiers.
• Tracker: the entries you record, including optional money amounts and private notes. Money and notes are private unless you choose to show money publicly.

Spreadsheet import and Google Sheets

• Excel and CSV files are read in your browser. The file is never uploaded or stored; we receive only the cell values of the columns you map, and keep the entries you import plus a record of each import (counts, file name, and the original text of values we converted, such as odds).
• If you connect Google Sheets, we request read-only access to your spreadsheets (the spreadsheets.readonly scope) and your Google email address. We read only the spreadsheet tabs you choose to import or link, and never modify them.
• Google access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown in the browser. A one-time import does not keep ongoing access; automatic sync (Oddra Pro) keeps a refresh token until you disconnect, which also revokes it at Google.
• Data read from Google Sheets is used only to create and update your own Tracker entries. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used to train AI models. Oddra's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies and analytics

• Session cookies keep you signed in.
• A first-party cookie remembers how you first reached Oddra: the first page you opened, the site that linked to you (without its search terms or query string) and any campaign tags on the link. It lasts up to 90 days, is copied to your account once when you sign up, and is then deleted. We do not record your IP address, device or browser for this, and it is not shared with anyone.
• If you arrive through a member's invitation link, a separate cookie remembers that invitation for up to 30 days.
• We may use Google Analytics to count page views and a small set of product actions (for example that an account was created or an import finished). We never send it your email, username, predictions, odds, stakes or any money amounts; page addresses are sent without their query string; and advertising features (Google signals, ad personalisation) are switched off. We do not run advertising or remarketing tags.

Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors necessary for service operation (Supabase, Stripe, Telegram, Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement, and Google when you connect Google Sheets). We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may delete your account and request data export by contacting support.
